You are reading the words of the new editor of the Gillis Gazette, the Regional High School's newspaper, and two exams away from being a senior.
Yes, I wrote my math exam today, which was so easy it could be concidered entertaining. I finished my history exam, too, although after writing lengthy answers to all the questions, I ended up writing the final essay on Politique National in point form.
It's all downhill from here! (if your sledging, at least) (in summer)

This week is exam week, so I suppose that studying for my proof-reading English exam has made me more perceptive to the local bad grammar. It really annoys me when people confuse where to put their apostrophes, or confuse there with their and than with then.
I'm not really worried about my English exam, though, since it's only a minor part of my total mark, being an all year class. I've spent most of today studying for my major Histoire Canadienne. For all those international readers out there, be glad that you've never had to take Canadian history in french, especially when the textbooks try too hard to be politically correct. There are so many different battles that Canada fought in during the first world war and they're so hard to keep straight. Then there's the Canadian Confederation, which isn't nearly as exciting as the war of independance. It can be summed up as such:
J. A. MacDonald: Hey guys, the US sure is making it hard to survive. Maybe we should band together and make it harder for them to pick on us.
Georges Etienne Cartier: Zyou 'ave cheat-ed ze french patri-moine! I shall sign so that in a 'undred years, my Quebec will 'ave a referendum to protest!
J. A. MacDonald: Who cares, let's build a railroad and force those chinese migrants into labour for their immigration.
Louis Riel: Dude, where's my bison?

...and then came the heat. After almost a month of solid cold rain, out came the sun and all of the high school kiddies went outside for lunch. It was a whopping 33 degrees celcius (91.4 degrees farenheit for those not blessed with metric) which is a bit weird for what we're used too.
I'm not a meteorologist, however, so I'll tell you about some other stuff.
I got my first bank card a couple days ago and closed up my elementary school Fat Cat account at the credit union. Many of my friends already have bank cards, but my parents haven't volunteered to give one to me so far because I'm definately not the most organized of people. Next off, driver's license!
I'm taking driver's ed. in August and September.
5 days of school, 4 exam days, 1 graduation ceremony left to eleventh grade.
