So you’re interested in joining the USS Ranger?

GREAT! Here are the steps to take when joining our group:

Step 1: Decide the Role You Want to Write For –

Step 2: Make Some Basic Decisions About Your Character –

*What Gender will they have?
*What Species will they be?
*Will your character be a combat oriented Marine or go the traditional route in Starfleet?

Step 3: Notify the CO of the Role You Want and Basic Character Information –

Step 4: Complete Your Character Biography –

*You can click HERE for our easy Bio Form and clicking HERE will give you instructions to use our Template!

Step 5: Join Our Groups –

*Click HERE to join the main “Plot” group, where we submit posts that advance the plot.
*Click HERE to join the secondary “Chatter” group, where we discuss non-plot items.
Step 6: Familiarize Yourself with Our Ship, Posting Guide, and Ship Policies –

Step 7: Enjoy –

*Once your role and character has been approved by the Command Staff of the USS Ranger, jump on in and enjoy!

A few points to remember –

All crewmembers on the USS Ranger, agree to post at least once a week.
Our group is rated PG-13.
We do not use our mailing lists for SPAM, Jokes, or any non-Ranger activity, and neither should you.
All Commissioned Officer characters start out as either Ensign or 2nd Lieutenant (unless approved by the CO before starting…note that exceptions are rare and based on prior experience in this sort of group).
